Change in Recipe Alert – Alpen Fruit and Nut bars

Weetabix would like to inform consumers of a change that will be made to the ‘May contain milk’ labelling on their Alpen Fruit & Nut bars. Previously the bars had a risk of cross contamination with milk, but MILK is now being added as part of the recipe and pack labelling is being amended accordingly. The change will be supported by a NEW RECIPE flash to ensure that consumers are alerted.
The updated version of the product & pack is likely to be in supermarkets by early December and the NEW RECIPE flash will be live for approximately six months.
