Rachel has worked as a Dietitian since 2003, and specialised in Paediatric Allergy in 2009. She currently works within the NHS, leading the Paediatric Allergy dietetics team with the Children’s Allergy service at Evelina London, St Thomas’ Hospital. Rachel is a committee member of the Food allergy group of the British Dietetics association and is on the executive committee of the KCL Allergy academy.
