About AllergyWise®

The most comprehensive allergy training and support for schools in the UK, written by specialists in the medical and education sectors and endorsed by clinicians, our new and improved AllergyWise® courses are CPD certified, meaning that you can be assured that all information is up to date, medically accurate and complies with the relevant legislation from the Department of Education and Department of Health. The courses ensure that organisations are able to become allergy aware in addition to being equipped to respond confidently in an emergency situation.

The essential core content includes common causes of an allergic reaction, how to recognise and manage anaphylaxis, how to use adrenaline auto-injectors in an emergency, and practical tips for safely managing children and young people with allergies.

Our engaging courses typically take an hour to complete and include practical scenarios, videos, optional narration and quizzes. After a final assessment there is a downloadable certificate. Lead by a former head teacher and developed with expertise over the last 10 years, this allergy training includes additional material only available on the AllergyWise course including lesson and assembly plans, plus other free materials to include in the school curriculum.
