Our website has a wealth of information, guides, and top tips to help you pre-empt and plan for different experiences, including travel and eating out, and new chapters in life such as leaving home for university or starting a new job.

Allergy factsheets

Our team of experts have developed evidence-based allergy factsheets to give you, your family, and community the knowledge you need to navigate the challenges of living with a serious allergy and the risk of anaphylaxis.

From the top 14 food allergens and other foods, to non-foods and information about adrenaline and immunotherapy, you can trust Anaphylaxis UK and the free factsheets available to you.

Safer Schools Programme

Did you know in an average classroom, two children have a food allergy? And 20% of food allergy reactions happen at school?

Our Safer Schools Programme is supporting many hundreds of schools to help them with training, awareness raising, and supporting their policies to make sure every child is given the opportunity to safely take part in school activities.

If you have a child at school, please let your school know about how we can support them with a whole-school allergy management approach.
