Anaphylaxis can have a devastating emotional impact on individuals and/or families when it results in a fatal or near-fatal event. Anaphylaxis UK, in collaboration with the University of Surrey, is conducting a service evaluation to better understand how healthcare professionals support those affected by such events. We invite healthcare professionals to share their insights through an anonymous online survey.

The evaluation aims to examine current practices in providing bereavement and emotional support, identify challenges and gaps in available services, and explore the unique needs of individuals and/or families affected by fatal or near-fatal anaphylaxis. Your feedback will help shape actionable recommendations for enhancing professional training and improving support resources for both healthcare providers and those impacted by fatal or near-fatal anaphylaxis.

Participation is entirely voluntary, and choosing not to take part will not affect you in any way. Please read the consent form before proceeding with the survey. Your input will contribute to ensuring that those affected receive the compassionate care they need during their most challenging moments.
