Jim Daley initially started his career as an engineer working for the global consultancy Mott Macdonald, and holds a Masters degree in Civil Engineering, before training as an accountant at Ernst & Young LLP and becoming a chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Jim currently works at Wiley, one of the world’s largest publishers and a trusted leader in research and learning. Having initially held roles in accounting, he currently works as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager supporting the Research Solutions business and acting as finance business partner. Jim is an advocate for collaborative working across cross-functional groups and breaking down silos.
