European Food Information Council release new video “Life with a Food Allergy”
The European Food Information Council (EUFIC) have created an animated video called “Life with a Food Allergy” which aims to inform consumers about food allergies and allergen in a jargon-free, clear, engaging and fun way.
The video gives practical tips to stay safe, while still enjoying a healthy, active life style.
Using quirky animations “Life with a Food Allergy” helps people understand the often confusing issue of allergy labelling and gives guidance on how to avid cross-contamination at home and when eating out.
The engaging animation and use of clear and concise explanations aims to make the video engaging for adults and children alike.
